    the little fox

Walking within a dark old wood

    One day I came across

    Something that made me stay

So silently I stopped and stood

    Staring at a little box

    Tucked inside this little box

There was this incredibly tiny fox.

    I gave her some meat

    She began to eat

    She finished every tiny piece

And in that wood, dark and deep

The little fox began to sleep.
