new realities - Time for giving

    Hopelessly lost, hopelessly found

Focussed and easy, sound as a bell

Transporting me from my own little hell.

To a space, and a time,

    To a place more sublime.

How easy was that? God only knows.

But now so do I, for each of my goals

    Is now realigned

No longer denied or strangely divine

Now I can see, now I can hear

All that I want and all that I fear.

Anything goes in my world of realities

    Critical judgments or silly banalities

    Watching, listening, peeing, joking,

    Raging, shouting, talking, poking.

All the world is doing it.

    Wailing, praying, judging, playing,

    Talking, walking, making, faking.

All of us are doing it.

    Mating, keeping, eating, meeting,

    Saving, stroking, planning, hoping

    I am doing it.

    Travelling, searching, looking, finding,

    Losing, fighting, living, dying.

    Enough! Time to give.

    It’s time for giving.
